Class Description

English Paper Piecing, (often referred to as EPP), is the technique of folding fabric over paper templates and hand sewing these together.  The paper template shape ensures the blocks are accurate and also makes it easier to piece angles together.

In this relaxing lesson you will learn what is English Paper Piecing. You will learn different ways how to secure your fabric to the card shape, how to sew your shapes together to start building your design and how to plan a bigger design from your paper shapes.

Introduction session will teach you the basics to get you started. But these sessions are open to anyone who loves EPP, bring your project and enjoy your time with other like-minded sewers.

There is always more to do, plan new design, try new shapes, make new items by using EPP technique.

What do I need to bring?

You will need good mood, smile, patience, and enthusiasm. Everything else will be provided.

Just to sew things up…

All fabrics, materials, sewing tools and special threads are provided.

PLEASE NOTE: This is hand sewing technique suitable to any age and level of experience.

Refreshments and biscuits are included.
