Reading Cushion
Class Description
We all love cushions, they are cuddly, comforting, soft. They form an essential part of our home interior design, and we can never have enough styles and colours. But what if they can also be useful for holding our latest book, some snack, glasses etc?
During this lesson you will make a “reading cushion” with a pocket and handle. Great for little ones to take to a sleepover. The pocket can hold their book, favourite teddy, maybe even their PJs. This is an excellent first project for a beginner who’s just learning how to sew. By the end of this lesson, you will have made a cushion to take home with you.
This lesson is suitable for beginners as well as experienced sewer.
What do I need to bring?
You will need a good mood, smile, patience, and enthusiasm. Everything else is provided 😊
Just to sew things up…
All fabrics, materials, sewing machines, tools and threads are provided. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water and biscuits are included.
