Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition and packaging.

Please note:

• Cut fabrics, custom orders, and sale items are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds
